To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only merchandise that is returned in its original or sellable condition will be credited to your account. Returned items that have been worn and not in the original packaging will be donated and no refund will be issued.
Start your Return or Exchange online to receive a mailing label to box and ship your items. You will receive an email when your Return is received and your refund has been processed. Please allow 5-10 days for your refund to be reflected back onto your original form of payment.
Please contact our Customer Service department at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and shipping label which will be deducted from the purchase amount. Any items returned without proper authorization will be refused.
Defective or damaged items:
If any of the items from your order are missing or damaged when your package arrives, please contact a customer service representative for assistance within 2 business days of delivery by email containing your name, order number, and a description of the problem to email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
